Collective Coaching: Shifting the Paradigm - August 2023 Cohort

This 6-week course will consist of structured weekly asynchronous learning, networking opportunities as well as live group and individual coaching sessions, you will leave this course with the tools you need to unlock the career you have always wanted.  Our sessions will be 75 minutes to 90 minutes per week (Wednesdays at 5:30pm PST/7:30pm CST/8:30pm EST).  Plan for 3-4 hours of activity per week including prep work for live sessions and accountability meetings with your support partner. You will get out of the program what you invest!

Week 1 - Clarifying Your Aim: Getting Clear on Your Career Direction - August 9th

Week 2 - Work Smarter, Not Harder: Networking and Career Search Strategies - August 16th

Week 3 - Speak to Your Value: Skills Translation - August 23rd

Week 4 - Set Yourself Apart: Competitive Applications - Resume Building and Cover Letters - August 30th (Special Guest: Joanie Johnson from Polish to Prosper)

Open - Meet with your support partner to review your resume and give feedback on your cover letter based on Week 4 - September 6th

Week 5 - Talk the Talk: Interview Prep - September 13th (Special Guest: Kim Lippincott from Prime Source Recruiting) - September 13th

Week 6 - Create Your Plan: Chart Your Next Steps to Take Action Toward Your Goals! - September 20th

Each participant will receive one, 45 minute coaching session with one of the Collective Coaching organizers and additional individual coaching sessions are available in 3-session packages.  In addition, if you need 1:1 resume or cover letter support or interview coaching, Joanie Johnson from Polish to Prosper will provide discounts on her individual packages! (15-20% off!)

Six-week course dates, Wednesdays at 5:30pm PST/8:30pm EST - August 9th through September 20th.
